Recipes for Serena started as exactly that, recipes for Serena, a relative who had been living in Spain. I had promised to send her a few of my recipes, and to start writing again … so here are my efforts, only in a slightly public forum. Thankfully, there have been many in my life who have encouraged my incessant cooking and cautious attempts at writing, and have gone so far as to ask for the recipes of my culinary experiments. If nothing else, this will save me from writing out those recipes and rehashing that Guacamole recipe to my sister and co. (you know who you are!).
I have been very fortunate to have had visitors to my site from all over the globe since this el rustico bloggo began, and you lot really seem to like the warm salads, so I’ll keep them up! I’m truly grateful for the support, and any feedback is much appreciated.
So, happy cooking and mangiare bene!
Danielle
